Description

Antique vintage 1905-1911 Dutch, Autrian or French Happy New Year holiday greeting postcard, Bonne Annee! featuring a team of Doxies / Wiener Weiner Dogs pulling a wagon load of kitties through the snow. I believe the watercolor original image may have been made by Dutch painter Karl Feiertag. Mailed December 31st, 1909 and in fair/good condition, with corner bumps & wear/light tanning/edge wear/light spots, stains & smudges/small upper right-hand front corner bend/edge wear/stamp & postmark on front, typical with European postcards/general wear. See photos for condition. These items come from my clean, smoke-free home but may have musty or smoky odors from the time before they came into my possession.
